Self-Surrender Program

​​​​​​Individuals with outstanding felony/misdemeanor arrest warrants may contact Pretrial Services to be screened for a Self Surrender investigative report prior to being booked. The defendant surrenders at the jail or the Court on a specified date and time. The judge will review the Self Surrender report for a possible release on Own Recognizance (O.R.) or Supervised O.R.
